The Project Story
The homeowners on Pennington Drive envisioned a backyard that felt high-end yet inviting, a place where materials, lines, and transitions all worked together effortlessly. They wanted the design to carry across multiple zones, connecting the main house to the pool, the lounge space, and a newly built pool house.
Weaver’s Landscape Company brought that vision to life with a striking hexagon paver layout, framed by sleek black brick borders. This pattern extends from the entry gate through the walkways, around the pool, and into the interior of the pool house itself, creating one continuous and cohesive design.
Inside the pool house, the stone fireplace, built-in grill, and cabinetry add both function and beauty. The furnishings invite year-round use, while underfoot, the same paver textures tie everything back to the landscape. Clean plantings, lighting accents, and structured beds of river rock add softness and organization to the space. The result is a backyard that’s modern but welcoming, practical yet refined.
