I want to install landscaping but don’t have a clue what I want. Will I look like a dummy? What’s the first step?
Welcome to the majority of homeowners. No, you will not look like a dummy, because you know exactly what you want, just not how to get there. The first step is to give us a call and make yourself known. Then, most likely we’ll do a design, which will be helpful to you in your decision making. So the first step is to get on the yack-yack and give us a ring, or fill out our contact form. We’re gonna help you through this.
Why do I need a design?
Your momma would have just said ‘because’. Actually, you don’t always, always have to have a design. If you know what you want, were you want it, and how you want it, you probably won’t need a design. This is especially true for smaller projects. But when you get into larger projects it becomes necessary and profitable to do a design as there are too many options in plants, too many places to put them, and you need and what to know what things are going to look like before the stuff’s installed. Contrary to old wives fables, a design will save you money and headache.
I don’t know an evergreen for a perennial. Will you show me what these plants are gonna look like?
Yes, we will. Most often we do two designs,. One is like a blueprint, one is like a picture. The picture design will give you a visual of what the plants look like, at your project.
